Medical Care and Emergency Services for IHSM Students
All students enrolled in any medical program at IHSM should have adequate provisions to cover medical care throughout their stay in Kyrgyzstan.
IHSM provides comprehensive medical care during the entire period of a student's enrollment. This includes coverage for emergency hospitalization and medical services, such as outpatient treatment at a doctor’s clinic, in the event of unexpected illness or injury.
For urgent but non-complex medical needs (e.g., medical consultations, blood pressure or temperature measurements, injections, doctor-prescribed treatments), students can access the services of the Medical Clinics of the IHSM.
Please be aware that health insurance coverage does not extend to students traveling outside Kyrgyzstan.
